Join Michelle for our monthly group call as part of the Wellness Mastery Community Events program.
This month’s theme: STRESS MANAGEMENT
Understanding what chronic stress is actually doing to your body, hormones and immune system.
The nervous system explained in useful daily self-check-in techniques.
Tools to implement for coming out of ‘fight or flight’ and into a state of genuine calm.
Why the stress component to health is far more than just feeling stressed out.

Wednesday, 2nd December 2026 | 7pm-8pm AEDT (NSW Local Daylight Savings Time)
Please give yourself some time to settle into your space and log into Zoom, ready for a 7pm start.

What to bring
A notebook and pen for reflections and insights
Your health and mental wellness questions you want answered
Water and a snack or light meal if required
A blanket and a pillow
An open heart and open mind, ready to embark on our evening

Transfers and cancellations
All Wellness Mastery Community group call registrations are subject to these Terms of Service.
Transfers
If you book and pay to attend a monthly group call but can no longer attend, you may transfer your booking to an alternative group call date, if available. Transfers are limited to once per registration. Please allow at least 24 hours’ notice for transfer requests.
Cancellations and refunds
If you cancel with more than 24 hours’ notice, you can request a full refund.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, no refund will be offered, but you may transfer your ticket once to an alternative group call date, if available.
To advise of non-attendance, request a transfer, or request a cancellation, please send an email to info@thinkcoaching.online
