A straight-talking, insight-delivering catalyst for change
Shan is known for her ability to cut through the noise. Her coaching is not about small talk—it’s about big shifts. She brings depth, clarity, and precision to every session, helping clients identify the root cause of their distress and create lasting, meaningful change.
Shan’s therapeutic presence is both grounding and disarming. She has a rare talent for helping emotionally intelligent people reconnect with their power, especially women who’ve spent years dimming their light, carrying others, or second-guessing their worth. Her work is fiercely compassionate and deeply intuitive, backed by rigorous training in counselling, NLP, Clinical Hypnotherapy, Time Line Therapy®, and other powerful modalities.
Central to Shan’s work is her belief that each of us already holds the key to unlocking our healing potential and, ultimately, thriving; it’s just a matter of being shown how to use it.
Creator of the THINK Method
Shan is the creator of the THINK Method—a clear, practical framework for building emotional intelligence, breaking free from toxic thinking, and reclaiming personal power. Developed through years of client work and her own healing journey, the THINK Method is central to how Shan helps clients shift from survival mode to self-leadership.
The THINK Method is outlined in her book, Think Beyond Despair: Set Yourself Free from the Negativity Trap, which guides readers through transformative ideas and practical tools for creating a healthier relationship with their inner world.
Support founded in lived experience
Shan’s path to this work was personal long before it was professional. She knows what it takes to conquer and convert inner demons to inner strengths. She has overcome high-functioning chronic depression and generalised anxiety disorder, low self-worth, inner conflict, anger, sadness, and drug and alcohol misuse, “all while building and, at times, rebuilding my relationship with my partner, which was tough”, she says.
Her healing journey gave her the insight and resolve to help others move beyond despair and into personal truth. Now, she dedicates her practice to helping people create real change, not just temporary relief.
What it’s like to work with Shan
Clients describe Shan as unfiltered but gentle, insightful but grounded. She won’t tell you what you want to hear, but she’ll help you hear what you’ve truly needed all along—your truth. Her use of metaphor, reflection, and practical tools creates profound “A-ha!” moments that ripple far beyond the session.
Whether you’re facing burnout, anxiety, inner conflict, depression, or a deep identity shift, Shan helps you clear what’s in the way and remember who you really are.
