Michelle Powell is a qualified holistic health practitioner who works with women who feel fragmented by a health system that treats symptoms separately. Her work reflects her core belief that you cannot heal one part of a woman without addressing the whole of her.

Every group session focuses on a topic from Michelle’s Wellness Foundations, a framework developed over decades of clinical practice and lived experience working with women.
You can expect real, practical support from someone who has dedicated her life to understanding the whole woman.
Every session, you will leave with four things:
A gentle, grounding practice to help you arrive, settle and feel present.
Real education on a monthly wellness theme with practical, evidence-informed information you can implement in your daily life immediately.
Your personal questions answered during a dedicated Q&A, and
A guided lived experience, such as breathwork, meditation, mindfulness or somatic practice, ensuring you leave the session feeling grounded and settled, ready to step back into your evening feeling like yourself again.
You won’t just learn about health and wellness topics, you’ll feel it in your body.
A 12-month wellness journey
Each month focuses on one of Michelle’s Wellness Foundations:

Wellness Mastery Community FAQs

Not at all. You can join as a single session drop-in whenever a topic speaks to you, or commit to monthly sessions to gain the most value and experience the full journey.
There is no lock-in contract.

These sessions are live only and will not be recorded. This is intentional, the live space creates something truly special. Every woman who attends is fully present, the Q&A is real and in the moment, and what is shared stays within the safety of that space.
We are keeping these sessions private and protected for those who are in the room, so that every woman feels free to show up, speak up and share openly without any concern about being recorded. We encourage you to give yourself that one hour live.

That's completely understandable and you are not alone in feeling that way. Michelle creates a warm, inviting, and non-judgmental space where every question is welcomed without exception. You will never be made to feel embarrassed or dismissed. If you're not ready to ask out loud, simply listening and absorbing is absolutely fine, too.

Our golden rule: what is shared in the session stays in the session. Michelle holds the space with professional care and all participants are asked to honour the same confidentiality.

All sessions are held online via Zoom. Once you register you will receive an email with session details and a Zoom link. All you need is a laptop or smartphone with adequate Wi-fi connection and a quiet corner.
