Your participation in private, couples and/or group coaching, as well as enquiry calls, mailing lists and live events is governed by legislation, policies, regulations, and frameworks that aim to protect our mutual rights and responsibilities.

Referrals
Good news: you don’t need a referral to engage with us!
If you are receiving mental health support from your medical team, whether GP, counsellor, psychologist and/or psychiatrist, please advise them of your intention to engage in complementary therapies as part of your holistic approach to health and wellbeing.
Once you provide written consent to allow us to share information with your care team, we can help ensure you receive the best possible support for your needs.
We offer ‘complementary’ therapies
Counselling, Clinical Hypnotherapy, Mindset Coaching, Results Coaching, Mindfulness Therapies, Holistic Health Coaching, Breathwork, Reiki, Equine Assisted Coaching, Meditation, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) techniques, Time Line Therapy™ techniques, and EFT Tapping are ‘complementary therapies’.
This means our coaches are qualified Complementary Healthcare Providers and not licensed General Practitioners, Medical Doctors, Psychologists, Psychiatrists, or Social Workers.
Our services are not covered by the Medicare Benefits Scheme or Better Access Initiative. Presently, our coaches are not able to provide private health rebates for Hypnotherapy.
Enquiry calls
Enquiry calls offer you a free, no-strings-attached opportunity to briefly meet with your coach, talk about your goals, discuss the many emotional, mental and life benefits of therapeutic coaching and hypnotherapy, and ask any questions you may have.
Enquiry calls are part of our client onboarding process because we want to ensure we’re the right fit for you and you can receive the best possible coaching to suit your needs.

When booking online, please follow the prompts to provide all the information we need to gain a full picture of your health and wellbeing needs.
You will receive an automated email confirming your appointment time and telephone or Zoom video call connection details. An automatic reminder will be issued 24 hours before your session time.
We understand what it’s like to be human. If you need to cancel your enquiry call, please do so by following the prompts in your email booking confirmation or send an email to info@thinkcoaching.online. We greatly appreciate you letting us know ahead of time because it means we can free up the time and space to help others.
Holistic Health Coaching and Counselling
Our Terms of Service for all remedial and generative coaching and counselling, including private Reiki and Breathwork sessions.
We work online using Zoom
Unless otherwise arranged, our work is conducted online using Zoom, a freely available video conferencing app. Please download and thoroughly test the Zoom app on your computer or smartphone before our session, so we can start on time without any technical issues. For app support, see Zoom’s video tutorials.
To gain maximum benefit from your coaching, it’s important to book your coaching sessions when you can ensure you will not encounter distractions or disruptions, ensure your privacy during your sessions so you won’t be overheard; and ensure you have the equipment necessary to support video conferencing, including a computer, laptop, or large handheld device with adequate stable broadband connections, as well as a webcam, microphone, and speaker. Combination headphones work well.
Session structure and approach
An investment in coaching is an investment in you. Your coach will walk beside you on the pathway to change, offering strategies, education, support, and accountability. However, it is your responsibility for the direction you take and the value and benefit you gain.
We encourage you to maintain realistic expectations regarding the outcomes you seek whilst engaging with THINK Coaching & Hypnotherapy and its representatives. Whilst we are committed to providing you with personal coaching, therapy, education, follow-up reviews, and support, success is not guaranteed, and individual results may vary.
Our coaches’ lived and professional experience as coaches and practitioners provide them with an extensive depth of perspective. They have overcome serious emotional barriers to success and happiness using the same techniques they offer you. They have corrected negative patterns of behaviour and freed themselves from unhelpful conditioning and limiting beliefs. Your coach can help you do the same if you’re ready to do the work.
‘Tasking’
Depending on your goals, your coach may suggest or encourage you to complete pre- and post-session tasks to help you build momentum, for example, recording a mood diary or reflecting on questions designed to expand your idea of what’s possible for you to achieve. We call this ‘tasking’. Tasks will be beneficial to you and your goals, but are not compulsory.
Session recordings
Recordings are a great way for you to revisit what was said and the learnings you gained from your coaching. They’re also a bookmark in time; rewatching recordings from past sessions is a great way to reflect on your learnings and gauge your growth.
Your coach may offer to record your sessions. It’s not for everyone, so please let them know at the commencement of your session(s) if you do not wish for your session(s) to be recorded.
Session recordings may be reviewed and utilised by our coaches for internal training to allow coaches to refine approaches and techniques.
Session bookings, cancellations and rescheduling
Booking Confirmation
We will confirm your session times by email and include the Zoom connection information. An email reminder will be issued 24 hours before your session time.
Rescheduling & Cancellation
We understand life throws a few curve balls our way from time to time.
Please allow at least 24 hours’ notice for session cancellations or requests to reschedule. You can manage your booking online by following the links in your email confirmation. Alternatively, please email us at info@thinkcoaching.online or contact your coach directly.
If you provide us with less than 24 hours’ notice, a cancellation fee will be charged at our discretion. This is not to penalise you, but to compensate us for the opportunity to reschedule another client and the preparation of work we have undertaken prior to your apppointment.
Late Arrival
If you are late to your coaching session, although we will do our best to accommodate you, your appointment time may be shortened to ensure that our other clients are not inconvenienced by this. We trust you understand this.
No-Shows
No-shows or consistent late arrivals without explanation suggest you are not committed to your transformation process. And that’s OK; sometimes it’s just not the right time. We will not judge you in any way. We understand personal transformation takes time and effort. We will ask you to show cause why we should continue the work.
We do not refund fees in the event of unexplained no-shows or consistent late arrivals, whereby we ask you to show cause why we should continue your coaching journey.
Ending Coaching
If you find yourself considering ending your coaching arrangement early, please talk with your coach first. It is not uncommon to feel like you’re under a lot of pressure and emotional discomfort when you’re on the cusp of a breakthrough.
You have the right to end coaching at any time without any moral, legal or financial obligations other than those already accrued.
THINK Coaching & Hypnotherapy and its representatives have absolute discretion to terminate your coaching arrangement for reasons which include:
(a) Your coach determines that you are consistently uncoachable. Uncoachable can include refusal to actively participate in coaching, or refusal to take responsibility for your welfare and wellbeing;
(b) You do not show up for more than two (2) sessions, or you consistently attempt to reschedule sessions at the last minute. By consistently, we mean more than three (3) consecutive times without a valid reason;
(c) You refuse to book sessions after agreements or plans have been developed and established; and
(d) You are disrespectful or use derogatory behaviour towards your coach or others involved in your coaching sessions.
Coaching fees and payments
All fees are priced in Australian Dollars. Any currency conversion costs or other charges incurred in making the payment shall be borne by you, the client.
Invoices
All fees will be invoiced and you will receive an email with payment options, including electronic funds transfer (EFT), credit card and direct debit.
Fees for private Reiki and Breathwork sessions can be paid before your session via a secure payment link.
Single Sessions
Your session fee is payable at least 24 hours before your session.
Session Packs
To take advantage of our discounted session packs, your full fees are due at least 24 hours before your first session.
Breakthrough Days
To take advantage of your discount, your full fees are due at least 24 hours before your first session.
You can opt for our interest-free payment plan, which requires a deposit of $350 AUD upfront. Discounts do not apply to payment plans. By providing authorisation and agreeing to pay by instalment, you acknowledge that you are responsible for all payments until your account is paid in full. If your automatic instalments should fail for any reason, we will contact you to request an alternative means of payment. We’ll pause any further coaching until payment of your overdue instalment(s) has been arranged.
Structured Programs
To take advantage of your discount, your full fees are due at least 24 hours before your first session. All other arrangements and payment plans will be negotiated with you and confirmed in our Coaching Agreement.
Paying Out Your Account
You are welcome to pay the balance of your account at any time without incurring an early payout penalty or additional fees.
Refunds
If you have completed your client onboarding process and paid your account or your first instalment, but decide not to continue with coaching or hypnotherapy before your first session going ahead, we will refund you the fees you have paid less an administrative fee, and cancel any future automatic instalments.
Please note we do not refund fees in the event of unexplained no-shows or consistent late arrivals.
Protecting our collective rights and responsibilities
We will uphold your moral and ethical rights, as well as your right to privacy and confidentiality. We will also uphold our rights and maintain a professional and ethical approach to our work with you. Should a conflict of interest arise, it will be disclosed immediately. Should we not be able to resolve it, you will be refunded the balance of any pre-payment immediately.
Each of our coaches holds appropriate qualifications and certifications in their field of expertise as well as current Civil Liability Professional Indemnity and Public & Products Liability insurances.
It will be necessary for your coach to collect and record information specific to your work together, including your full name and date of birth, contact information, some medical history, and personal insights. Your coach will also take notes during or after each of your sessions to help them keep track of your progress. All records are stored securely and are not made available to any third parties unless we are required to do so. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further information.
Privacy and Confidentiality
Limits to confidentiality
Everything you share with us during your sessions will not be disclosed to third parties, regardless of whether they are friends or family. It is your right to disclose your coaching breakthroughs to whomever you trust.
THINK Coaching & Hypnotherapy and its representatives including our coaches may be required to break confidentiality in the following circumstances:
(1) Authorised or required by law, including disclosure to government departments and agencies such as the ATO, Child Support, Centrelink, or by Court subpoena;
(2) Public Interest such as crime or fraud has been committed, or suspected, and breaking confidentiality is justified;
(3) With your written consent; and
(4) If we consider you to be at risk of harming yourself or someone else.
THINK Coaching & Hypnotherapy and its representatives including our coaches have a duty of care to report instances of actual or suspected physical or sexual abuse, emotional cruelty, or neglect of a child or an elder or dependent adult to the appropriate protective services.
Occasionally, a client’s experiences in life can trigger emotional responses in our coaches. For this reason, we work with highly experienced and qualified professionals to reflect on and learn from our work. We review our approaches, techniques and personal experiences so we can continue to learn and grow as individuals. Non-identifying aspects of your session content or outcomes may be discussed as part of our professional and personal reflection work.
In each of the above circumstances, THINK Coaching & Hypnotherapy and its representatives including our coaches will only release the information necessary to appropriately carry out responsibilities. Your confidentiality remains an ethical priority.
Ticket pricing
All paid event tickets are priced in Australian Dollars. Any currency conversion costs or other charges incurred in making the payment shall be borne by you, the participant.
Payment for our paid live or online events is required at the time of your registration and is payable by credit or debit card. A credit card processing fee may apply, though we aim to absorb those fees.
Event registration cancellation
If you cannot attend a paid live or online event you have registered to attend, you are welcome to transfer your registration to an alternative event, if available, and pay the difference, if applicable. You will not be refunded the difference if the price of the alternative event is lower than what you have already paid.
If you cancel with more than 24 hours’ notice, you can request a full refund, less any money processing fees.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, no refund will be offered. (You can transfer your registration to an alternative event, however. See above.)

If an event is postponed, rescheduled or cancelled
THINK Coaching & Hypnotherapy and its representatives will make all reasonable efforts to deliver a paid live or online event as planned; however, there is always the possibility that external factors, such as illness, may force a live or online event to be postponed or cancelled.
If an event must be postponed, your registration will carry over to the rescheduled event date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled event date, you have the option of transferring your registration to an alternative event or being refunded the ticket price.
If an event must be cancelled, you have the option of transferring your registration to an alternative event or being refunded the ticket price.
You will not be refunded the difference if the price of the alternative event is lower than what you have already paid.
Limitations of liability
The liability of THINK Coaching & Hypnotherapy and its representatives will be limited to a refund of the ticket price for a cancelled or postponed event as outlined above. THINK Coaching & Hypnotherapy and its representatives will not accept liability for any costs or losses incurred by participants that are claimed to have arisen through event cancellation, other than those stated above.
