Transfers
If you book and pay to attend a Sound Immersion but can no longer attend, you may transfer your booking to an alternative Immersion date, if available. Transfers are limited to once per ticket. Please allow at least 24 hours’ notice for transfer requests.
Cancellations and refunds
If you cancel with more than 24 hours’ notice, you can request a full refund, less any money processing fees.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, no refund will be offered, but you may transfer your ticket once to an alternative Immersion date, if available.
